Für unseren Standort in Aken (Elbe) suchen wir engagierte Mitarbeiter (m/w/d) für Sonder-/Spezialprozesse, die mit Präzision, Sorgfalt und Verantwortungsbewusstsein unsere Teams im Bürstbereich und der Endreinigung verstärken.

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Selbständige mechanische Bearbeitung von Bauteilen und Bauteilgruppen (Bürsten, Läppen und Entgraten) unter Verwendung der entsprechenden Werkzeuge

  • Selbständige Bedienung und Überwachung von Reinigungs- und Entmagnetisierungsanlagen einschließlich Medienkontrolle

  • Durchführung von Restschmutz- und Restfeldanalysen sowie Einstellung der vorgegebenen Prozessparameter

  • Konservierung, Verpackung, Laserbeschriftung und Bereitstellung von Bauteilen für nachgelagerte Prozesse wie LagerundMontage

  • Qualitätsgerechte Herstellung von form- und maßgenauen Bauteilen nach Arbeitsunterlagen und Arbeitsanweisungen

  • Durchführung von Qualitätskontrollen an den gefertigten Bauteilen sowie das Erfassen und Dokumentieren von Messdaten

  • Unterstützung bei der Behebung von Fehlern oder Störungen im Fertigungsprozess

Ihre Qualifikation

  • Eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung in der Metallverarbeitung oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung

  • Solide Fähigkeiten in der Metallverarbeitung und spanabhebenden Fertigung

  • Sicherer Umgang mit Messtechnik und MS-Office Anwendungen

  • Selbständige Arbeitsweise, Teamfähigkeit, Qualitätsbewusstsein und Bereitschaft zur Arbeit im Mehrschichtsystem
