Knowledgeable in how different business areas interact and integrates operations to support overall business objectives.\nComputer Skills: Strong skills in Excel, Power BI, or Tableau for operational reporting. Ability to analyze production data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities. Proficiency in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems like SAP. User level understanding of Material Requirements Planning (MRP) for inventory and production scheduling\nEmotional Intelligence: The ability to recognize, understand, and manage your own emotions while effectively perceiving and responding to the emotions of others. This includes skills such as empathy, self-awareness, emotional regulation, social awareness, and relationship management to foster positive interactions and resolve challenges constructively.\nCollaboration: Involves working closely with team members, other departments, senior management, and external partners to align goals, improve processes, and ensure smooth operations.
