Operations Supervisor - 2nd Shift (4pm-12:30am CT)

Estimated annual base pay: $85,000 (minimum) - $110,000 (midpoint) - $136,000 (maximum), plus 10% shift differential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Team Supervision: Provide direct support to front line team members in meeting their daily production targets to ensure customer expectations are met.
• Resource Management: Allocates and coordinates resources effectively to meet operational objectives.
• Performance Management: Conducts performance evaluations, provides feedback, manages member development, recognition and ensures accountability and policy adherence.
• Problem Solving: Identifies and resolves day-to-day technical and operational issues and coaching and mentoring team's problem-solving capabilities.
• Process Improvement: Collaborates with key stakeholders to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness to improve the production system and meet customer demand.

• Computer Skills: Strong skills in Excel, Power BI, or Tableau for operational reporting. Ability to analyze production data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities. Proficiency in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems like SAP. Basic understanding of Material Requirements Planning (MRP) for inventory and production scheduling

This includes skills such as empathy, self-awareness, emotional regulation, social awareness, and relationship management to foster positive interactions and resolve challenges constructively.

• Aken - Advanced Vocational Training Qualification (Master Craftsman level)
