This role will be responsible for ensuring product and process compliance, driving quality improvements, and leading quality-related tasks during project transitions. The ideal candidate will work closely with engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, and customers to support smooth launch and transfer activities.\nWhat You Will Do:\nLead quality activities for aerospace transition projects from planning through implementation\nSupport new product and process transfers, including readiness reviews and risk assessments\nEnsure compliance with customer, regulatory, and aerospace quality requirements\nDevelop and maintain quality documentation, control plans, inspection plans, and related records\nSupport root cause analysis, corrective actions, and preventive actions for internal and external issues\nConduct product and process audits, inspections, and verification activities\nWork with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues and support on-time project launch\nReview drawings, specifications, and customer requirements to confirm compliance\nParticipate in continuous improvement efforts to reduce defects and improve process capability\nSupport customer visits, audits, and quality reviews\nWhat You Will Need:\nBachelor’s degree in engineering, quality, manufacturing, or related field preferred\n3 to 5 years of quality engineering experience in aerospace or a highly regulated manufacturing environment\nExperience supporting transition projects, new product introduction, or product/process transfer\nStrong knowledge of APQP, PPAP, and FAI requirements\nKnowledge and experience with AS9100 quality management system requirements\nKnowledge and experience with Part 21 requirements in aerospace manufacturing or certification environment\nFamiliarity with aerospace quality standards and customer requirements\nExperience with root cause analysis tools and corrective action methods\nAbility to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications\nStrong communication and teamwork skills\nProficiency in MS Office and quality-related documentation systems\nWhat You Will Gain:\n Salary range from 9500 to 14500 PLN gross, depending on experience\nCareer development opportunities in an international aerospace environment\nComprehensive benefits package including private medical care, life & accident insurance\nMultisport card\nMeal vouchers\nCompany performance-based bonus program\nStrong focus on work-life balance\nPPK contribution -
