Together we are fulfilling our purpose to design and deliver energy control solutions our partners count on to power a clean future.\nWe are looking for Supplier Development Engineer for our Chennai location\nKey Responsibilities:\nSupplier Performance Analysis: Evaluates supplier performance data to identify improvement opportunities and implement enhancement strategies.\nProcess Improvement Initiatives: Develops and executes process optimization plans to enhance supplier capabilities and ensure compliance with company standards.\nCross Functional Collaboration: Partners with procurement, quality assurance, and engineering teams to facilitate effective supplier development and integration.\nTraining and Support: Provides informal guidance and training to new team members and suppliers to enhance technical skills and understanding of company requirements.\nIssue Resolution: Identifies and resolves supplier related issues using technical expertise and judgment to maintain quality and timely delivery.\nKey Skills:\nSupplier Relationship Management: Expert in building and maintaining strong partnerships with suppliers to enhance collaboration and performance.\nProcess Improvement: Skilled in analyzing and optimizing manufacturing and supply chain processes to increase efficiency and reduce costs.\nData Analysis: Proficient in interpreting complex data sets to inform decision making and drive strategic supplier development initiatives.\nTechnical Problem Solving: Adept at identifying root causes of technical issues and implementing effective solutions using engineering principles.\nProject Management: Experienced in planning, executing, and overseeing projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely and within budget delivery.\nEffective Communication: Capable of clearly conveying complex technical information to diverse stakeholders in straightforward situations.\nQuality Assurance: Knowledgeable in quality control standards and methodologies to ensure supplier products meet company and industry specifications.\nSupply Chain Coordination: Understanding of supply chain dynamics and ability to coordinate activities to support seamless supplier integration.\nTechnical Documentation: Skilled in creating and maintaining detailed technical documents, reports, and specifications to support supplier development efforts.\nLeadership: Provides informal guidance and mentorship to new team members, fostering a collaborative and productive team environment.\nOther Qualifications: Atleast 8-10 years of experience in related field ;
