This position reports to the Senior Partner Marketing Manager and supports marketing strategy execution and campaign coordination for Woolpert's strategic partnership with Google. This role assists in executing joint go-to-market initiatives, maintaining positive relationships across Google Cloud and Woolpert teams, and creating demand for Woolpert's Digital Innovations capabilities to support pipeline growth and co-selling opportunities. \nWorking closely with Partner Marketing leadership, Sales, Industry Marketing, Regional Marketing, and Google stakeholders, this role ensures marketing collateral and logistics support business growth while expanding Woolpert's visibility within the Google ecosystem. The Specialist reports directly to the Sr. Manager, Partner Marketing, and supports day-to-day campaign execution, program coordination, and partner\nWe are unable to provide visa sponsorship for this position. Applicants must already possess work authorization in the country where the job is located.\nWhat You Will Do:\nSupport the marketing relationship with Google by coordinating day-to-day operational needs for joint marketing initiatives. \nAssist in executing annual joint marketing plans aligned with Woolpert's Digital Innovations growth objectives. \nBuild relationships with Google Cloud marketing, partner, and sales teams to increase awareness of Woolpert's capabilities and strengthen co-selling opportunities. \nExecute integrated partner marketing campaigns, webinars, events, customer stories, thought leadership, and digital programs with Google. \nDevelop Googler-focused marketing programs that educate Google sellers and technical teams on Woolpert's capabilities and differentiators.\nTranslate complex Digital Innovations capabilities-including Agentic AI, cloud modernization, machine learning, and geospatial technologies-into compelling customer and partner messaging. \nCreate partner sales enablement materials, including presentations, battle cards, one-pagers, case studies, and success stories.\nCollaborate with Industry Marketing and Regional Marketing to activate partner campaigns across priority markets and regions. \nMeasure and report on partner marketing KPIs including campaign performance, partner engagement, pipeline influence, co-selling opportunities, and marketing ROI. \nCollaborate with internal marketing peers and external partner contacts to streamline event and campaign logistics. \nWhat You Will Bring:\nBachelor’s Degree \nMust be able to travel up to 25% of the time. \n2-4 years of experience in partner, product or solution marketing, strategic marketing and/or partner marketing. \nExperience commercializing complex technical solutions and services. \nExperience partnering with sales, technical and executive leaders. \nExperience developing integrated marketing campaigns and go-to-market initiatives\nIntegrated marketing campaign development \nSales enablement \nMarketing communications and messaging \nProject management \nCross-functional collaboration \nData-driven marketing and KPI reporting \nPREFERRED EXPERIENCE \nWorking knowledge of the Google Cloud ecosystem, including GCP, Google Gemini, and Google Maps APIs; or similar hyperscale organizations. \nExperience supporting cloud, AI, geospatial, or digital technology partnerships. \nExperience working with geospatial technology, consulting, or professional services organizations. \nExperience working within global, matrix organizations. \nBenefits You Will Love\nCertified as a Great Place to Work, Woolpert is one of the fastest-growing architecture, engineering, and geospatial companies in the world.
