We are motivated by the sense of responsibility and servant leadership.\n We are seeking a Graphic Designer who can bring our marketing and branding ideas to life; someone who thrives on creativity, independence, and staying ahead of design trends, including emerging AI-powered design tools and workflows.\nRESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:\nGraphic Design Excellence: Create high-quality marketing collateral, including brochures, flyers, datasheets, battle cards, PowerPoint presentations, booth graphics and mockups, and digital assets such as emails, social media graphics, landing pages, animations, motion graphics, and short-form videos.\nBrand Consistency: Ensure alignment with brand guidelines, formats, and templates to maintain consistency with corporate brand standards.\nCollaborative Innovation: Collaborate closely with marketing and business teams to produce sales enablement materials.\nStay Ahead of Trends: Stay current with design, digital, and AI trends, bringing fresh ideas and actively experimenting with emerging AI-powered tools to improve creative quality, efficiency, and marketing performance.\n Minimum of 3 years of graphic design experience.\nExperience in B2B graphic design within the technology industry.\nProficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, and Premiere Pro.\nStrong PowerPoint skills and proficiency in Microsoft Word.\nStrong hands-on experience creating animations, motion graphics, and short-form video content for digital and social channels.\nDemonstrated curiosity and hands-on experience with AI-powered creative tools, with the ability to continuously experiment with new technologies and incorporate them into design workflows to improve quality, efficiency, and performance.\nStrong understanding of social media design trends and best practices.\nCreative mindset with the ability to bring designs to life with minimal guidance.\nExceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.\nStrong communication skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.\nAPPLICATION PROCESS\nSubmit your resume and portfolio (mandatory), showcasing your graphic design, digital, animation/motion, and short-form video work, along with contact information for work references and a cover letter (mandatory) outlining your design philosophy and how you envision contributing to company’s brand growth.
