If you take pride in what you ship and how it holds up in production, we want to talk.\nResponsibilities:\nOwn features end-to-end: design, build, test, ship, and stand behind them in production.\nTake responsibility for the reliability and quality of what you build; debug and resolve production issues rather than hand them off.\nWrite clean, maintainable, well-tested code you'd be comfortable maintaining a year later.\nDrive technical and architectural decisions, not just implement them.\nReview code and collaborate across Android, iOS, Web, and Backend teams.\nHelp modernise legacy systems while delivering new functionality.\nRequirements:\nA genuine ownership mindset: you drive features to production, follow through on problems, and care about outcomes, not just output.\nStrong command of at least one platform: Android: Kotlin + Java, XML/Jetpack Compose, MVVM, coroutines, Retrofit. iOS: Swift + Objective-C, SwiftUI/UIKit, MVVM, Combine, async/await, Core Data.
