You will create schedules and coordinate opportunities for work, volunteerism, and community engagement that align with their unique needs and aspirations. Your responsibilities will encompass meticulous documentation, including assessments and evaluations.\nLeading a dedicated team of support staff, you will provide mentorship and cultivate a nurturing environment that encourages individuals to exercise autonomy in decision-making to the fullest extent possible.
