It’s how we build.\nEngineers here are expected to explore, test, and apply AI directly in how we design and ship product. If it doesn’t, we move on quickly.\nYou’ll have the freedom to experiment, shape how AI is used in the product, and push beyond the patterns most teams are still stuck in.\nThe Role\nYou’ll build product features end to end, working across frontend and backend, and ship AI-native workflows used by real customers.\nYou’ll work closely with design, product, and legal engineers to turn complex problems into simple, high-quality user experiences.\nThis is a role for someone who wants to move fast, stay close to users, and have a real impact on what gets built.\nWhat you’ll do\nOwn features end to end across frontend and backend\n\nBuild AI-native workflows using LLMs and structured data\n\nCollaborate closely with design, product, and legal engineering\n\nShip quickly, learn from users, and iterate\n\nContribute to architecture, tooling, and engineering practices\n\nHelp define how we use AI across the product\n\nWhat we’re looking for\n4+ years building high-quality web products\n\nStrong experience with modern frontend tools (React, Next.js, TypeScript)\n\nBackend experience (Python, Node, AWS or similar)\n\nStrong product instincts - you care about UX, clarity, and outcomes\n\nComfortable working in fast-moving environments with evolving systems\n\nInterest in AI and how it changes how software is built\n\nBonus:\nExperience with LLMs, prompt design, or AI workflows\n\nBackground in building internal tools or complex workflows\n\nHow we work\nWe’re an in-office team in Edinburgh.
