Backed by $100M from Index Ventures, General Catalyst, Highland Europe, and others, we are building one of the defining companies in legal AI.\nThe Role\nWe’re hiring a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to spearhead our outbound engine and book high-quality opportunities with in-house legal teams.\nThis is the frontline of our growth. You’ll be responsible for finding the right accounts, crafting compelling outreach, and breaking into companies. You’ll work hand-in-hand with our Account Executives (AEs) and Marketing teams to build a predictable pipeline.\nThis is an early-stage environment. Things move fast, priorities shift, and there isn’t always a clear playbook. You’ll need to be resilient, highly organized, and willing to experiment with new ways to get a prospect’s attention.\nWhat you’ll do\nBuild and execute targeted outbound campaigns (email, cold calling, LinkedIn) to general counsel and legal leaders.\n\nConsistently hit and exceed monthly meeting-booked and pipeline targets.\n\nPartner closely with AEs to strategize on key accounts and ensure smooth handoffs.\n\nAct as a feedback loop for Marketing and Product by tracking what messaging resonates most with the market.\n\nMaintain meticulous CRM data - keeping track of accounts, prospects, and outreach activity.\n\nWhat we’re looking for\nSaaS sales or lead generation experience (experience selling to legal, finance, or compliance is a major plus, but not required).\n\nA relentless work ethic - you aren't afraid of the phone and view \"no\" as data, not a deterrent.\n\nStrong written and verbal communication skills; you can cut through the noise with clear, value-led messaging.\n\nHigh curiosity and coachability; you want to master the product, the market, and the art of sales.\n\nHigh ownership - you take responsibility for outcomes, not just logging activities.\n\nOrganized, consistent, and reliable with excellent time management.\n\nHow we work\nWe’re an in-office team.
