Backed by $100M from Index Ventures, General Catalyst, Highland Europe, and others, we are building one of the defining companies in legal AI.\nThe Role\nWe're hiring a Sales Manager to lead and scale an Enterprise team.\nYou'll own the number for your team, coach a group of Enterprise Account Executives who run complex, high-value deals across large organisations, and build the strategies and discipline that help them win. Your focus will be hiring, developing people, and driving consistent team performance across long, multi-stakeholder sales cycles.\nThis is an early-stage environment. Things move fast, priorities shift, and there isn't always a clear playbook. You'll need to make decisions, set the standard, and keep your team focused and moving.\nWhat you'll do\nLead, coach, and develop a team of Enterprise Account Executives\n\nOwn and consistently hit team revenue and pipeline targets\n\nGuide deal strategy across complex buying groups and large accounts\n\nCoach the team on navigating stakeholders across Legal, Finance, Security, IT, and Procurement\n\nHelp the team develop strong champions and drive internal alignment within accounts\n\nRun tight forecasting, pipeline reviews, and deal inspection across longer sales cycles (6 to 12+ months)\n\nHire, onboard, and ramp new Account Executives as we scale\n\nPartner closely with GTM Legal Engineers, Product, and Leadership on solution design and deal strategy\n\nMaintain accurate forecasting and clear deal visibility across the team\n\nWhat we're looking for\nExperience closing complex enterprise SaaS deals\n\nExperience managing and coaching a quota-carrying sales team\n\nTrack record of landing and expanding high-value accounts\n\nStrong stakeholder management across multiple functions, and able to teach it\n\nAbility to build champions and navigate internal politics\n\nStructured, strategic approach to deal management\n\nHigh ownership and accountability for outcomes\n\nHow we work\nWe're an in-office team.
