Our goal is to help legal teams move faster, reduce unnecessary external counsel spend, and become a function the business can run with.\nThe Role\nOur product is only as good as the people who build it. You'll own R&D hiring from intake to signed offer: Product Engineers, Applied AI and LLM Engineers, Data Scientists, Product Managers and Designers. You'll partner with engineering and product leaders to define what great looks like at each level, run technical processes that candidates respect, and close people who have offers from AI labs and big tech.
