We're looking for the right person to join our close-knit team and own our core platform services, fleet management tools, and developer tools.\nThis role is for a Technical Product Manager with a technical software background who thrives on building zero-to-one products, scaling platform services, and deeply understanding their customers’ needs.\nMason is looking for a complex combination of grit, smarts, ingenuity, and diverse perspectives (and more!). Check out our values and see if they resonate!\nWhat you’ll work on:\nDefine and drive the strategic roadmap for Mason’s core Controller product including developer-facing APIs, tooling, and SDKs\nDrive execution and experimentation of product releases, including setting goals and metrics for success\nDeliver product requirements and specs, in partnership with design, engineering, marketing, and customer success\nDevelop key relationships with customers and gain insight on customer needs, validating product direction\nRepresent the Mason team and product in external forums and industry events\nDeploy, use and test your own product to accept and provide early feedback within the development lifecycle\nWhat you bring to the table:\nBA/BS in Computer Science, a related field of study or equivalent experience\n5+ years of product manager experience (ideally with a focus on cloud infrastructure products)\nStrong understanding of the Cloud Infrastructure and the market: AWS, Azure, GCP, etc\nExcellent communication, both written and verbal\nTechnical understanding in one or more of: containerization, continuous deployment, operating systems, micro-services, Android applications, distributed systems\nProven track record of shipping successful enterprise software products\nData-driven decision maker\nDetail-oriented and passionate about a great user experience combined with the ability to back proposed decisions by data\nBonus Points for:\nExperience as a software engineer or equivalent technical expertise, with a focus on cloud infrastructure products\nExperience in a fast-paced startup environment\nSalary Range: 115,000 - 165,000 USD\nIn addition to the base salary, full-time employees are eligible for participation in Mason’s annual discretionary bonus plan and equity plan, subject to the terms of the applicable plans and policies. Some roles may also be eligible for overtime pay based on exemption status.
