$139216.74 with a progressive benefit package. \n\nResponsibilities\n\nESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:\n\nPerforms essential duties and responsibilities in the following areas which may include but are not limited to those listed and are subject to change.\nAdheres to the Credit Union\\'s core values and Service Standards in conducting GreenState\\'s mission and vision.\nDemonstrates a positive member service (internal and external) focus at all times.\nDemonstrates teamwork in all interactions with coworkers and in the completion of all duties and responsibilities.\nEnsures confidentiality of member information.\nSupports a diverse and inclusive work environment.\nDevelops comprehensive data pipelines using Azure Data Factory, Power BI and other tools\nCreates advanced data models and ETL processes across multiple enterprise systems\nImplements data governance and quality control mechanisms\nDesigns and maintains complex data transformations using languages such as Python, Spark, SQL, M, DAX and more\nDevelops, maintains and optimizes data solutions\nCollaborates with business stakeholders to translate complex business requirements into technical solutions\nPerforms advanced data cleansing and preparation techniques\nSupports performance optimization of business units' solutions\nStrong attention to detail\nAbility to take initiative and solve problems independently\nMaintains excellent communication with the Credit Union team and the rest of the organization.\nPlays a vital role in enriching the community by participating in community service organizations and/or credit union sponsored events, on an annual basis.\nPerforms other duties as assigned.\n\nQualifications\n\nBachelor\\'s Degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, or related field\n4 to 6 years of experience in data engineering and business intelligence\nAdvanced proficiency in:\nETL processes, specifically in Azure cloud services\nPower BI\nPython\nSQL\n\nStrong understanding of data modeling and warehouse design\nExperience with cloud data architectures\nExcellent analytical and problem-solving skills\nFinancial services industry experience
