Sales Intern

We are looking for a Sales Intern who is enthusiastic about technology, business development, and working with global clients. This is an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in B2B sales, lead generation, client communication, and the ServiceNow ecosystem.

Responsibilities:

• Support the sales team in identifying and researching potential B2B prospects and clients.
• Assist with lead generation, prospecting, and maintaining sales pipelines.
• Research companies, decision-makers, industries, and potential business opportunities.
• Support outreach activities through email, LinkedIn, and other professional channels.
• Assist in preparing prospect lists, sales presentations, and other sales-related materials.
• Coordinate with the sales team to schedule meetings and follow up with prospects.
• Maintain accurate and updated information in the CRM and sales trackers.
• Learn and understand Work4Flow's ServiceNow, AI, and digital transformation offerings.
• Support the team in preparing for client and prospect meetings.
• Track follow-ups and ensure timely communication with prospects.
• Work closely with the sales and marketing teams on business development initiatives.

Requirements:

• A bachelor's degree is mandatory, or currently pursuing a relevant bachelor's degree.
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
• Good interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Interest in B2B sales, technology sales, SaaS, or IT consulting.
• Basic understanding of LinkedIn and professional networking is preferred.
• Comfortable working with spreadsheets, CRM tools, and online research.
• Strong willingness to learn about ServiceNow and the IT technology ecosystem.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
• Willingness to work in the US shift (7:00 PM - 3:00 AM IST).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior internship, project, or academic experience in sales, business development, marketing, or IT.
• Technical or IT-related educational background is a plus.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM tools, or lead-generation platforms is an advantage.
• Interest in ServiceNow, AI, SaaS, or enterprise technology is a plus.
