We respect everyone, we hire the best, and make sure every experience is special.\nWe’re growing fast, in both headcount and revenue, and we’re looking for a Product Manager to design, build and roll-out products that deliver Workable's vision and strategy.\nAs a Product Manager you will:\nUnderstand user needs and gather feature requests to incorporate them into product roadmap\nDescribe the user experience and product features\nCollect and analyse data to validate goal\nCollaborate with the development team\nTrack the project progress\nTest and accept delivered product features according to user stories\nCoordinate the product release launch\nTranslate user feedback and research results into recommendations to executive management\nWork with key external partnerships to augment the value of the product\nRequirements\nWhat you’ll bring\n2-4 years of experience in technical product management.\nA track record of managing products through the full lifecycle.\nA solid technical foundation, with an understanding of software development and web technologies, and the ability to work effectively with software development teams.\nExperience working in Agile product development environments and managing product integrations.\nExperience using AI tools.\nStrong presentation skills, including experience sharing recommendations with executive leadership.\nA BSc degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.\nNice to have\nAn MSc degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.\nExperience in HR tech.\nExperience conducting direct customer discovery.\nExperience managing external partners.\nBenefits\nOur employees enjoy benefits that make them more productive and contribute directly to the development of their professional skills.
