We’re looking for someone who can naturally connect with people, make conversations feel comfortable, and turn a cold interaction into a genuine conversation.\nThe client will provide training and teach you the sales process, so previous sales experience is not the most important requirement.\nWhat matters most is your personality, communication skills, curiosity, and ability to make people feel comfortable.\nFluent English and Spanish are required, as you will communicate with clients in both languages.\nWhat You'll Do\nStart conversations with potential clients.\nBuild genuine rapport and establish relationships.\nEngage prospects through natural, personalized conversations.\nResearch potential clients and identify relevant opportunities.\nAsk questions and understand the prospect's needs.\nKeep conversations active and move them toward the next step.\nCommunicate with prospects in both English and Spanish.\nLearn and apply the client's sales methodology.\nFollow up with prospects when appropriate.\nBring your own ideas and approaches to starting conversations.\nWhat We're Looking For\nRequired\nFluent English and Spanish, both written and spoken.\nExcellent communication skills.\nVery outgoing and social personality.\nComfortable talking to new people.\nAbility to naturally start conversations with strangers.\nStrong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.\nCurious mindset and willingness to do research.\nProactive and self-motivated.\nComfortable communicating without relying entirely on scripts.\nPositive, friendly, and approachable personality.\nAvailability for a full-time commitment.\nNice to Have\nPrevious sales or business development experience.\nLead generation or outreach experience.\nCustomer-facing experience.\nMarketing experience.\nExperience with prospect research.\nExperience working with international clients.\nWhat We're Looking For in This Person\nWe’re looking for someone who is fun, confident, naturally curious, and genuinely enjoys talking to people.\nYou don't need to be an experienced salesperson.
