Spanish, with the confidence to conduct sales conversations in both languages.\nProven experience in outbound sales, telesales, sales development, or appointment setting.\nA track record of converting leads into qualified sales meetings.\nStrong listening skills and the ability to build rapport, ask relevant questions, and handle objections.\nExcellent organization and time management, especially when balancing new leads with ongoing follow-up.\nThe ability to work independently and take ownership of your outreach and results.\nNice to have\nExperience using CRM systems and lead management
