As a founder-led, fast-growing company, Art Remedy is actively building out its data infrastructure and strategic reporting capabilities to support scaling across all channels.\nWe are looking for a Business Intelligence Analyst to join their growing data and analytics function to build automated dashboards, analyze sales and margin data across channels, and translate complex numbers into strategic narratives that drive leadership decision-making.\nThis is a fully remote opportunity for professionals based in Latin America, working closely with an international team in an English-speaking environment.\nRole Overview\nAs a Business Intelligence Analyst, you will play a central role in how senior leadership-including the CEO and SVP of Operations-understands business performance. You will own the end-to-end dashboard development, SQL data modeling, and reporting automation while analyzing sales, gross margin, and channel profitability.\nWe are looking for an analytical professional who can work autonomously in a remote, async-first environment, connect data directly to business strategy, and communicate actionable insights fluently in English.\nSelection Process\nThe process usually consists of 4 stages and takes on average 4-6 weeks to be completed, depending on eventual additional technical rounds or take-home tests.\nInitial interview with recruiting team\nTechnical interview with client\nCultural fit interview with client's manager\nFinal interview with C-level\nAs Workana has multiple clients, if you pass the 1st round with Workana's recruiting team, you will be eligible to be presented to different clients in case the 1st one doesn't succeed.\nResponsibilities\nBuild, maintain, and enhance automated dashboards in Looker / Google Data Studio to track revenue, gross margin, and operational KPIs across all channels.\nWrite and optimize SQL queries in BigQuery to extract, transform, and model data from ERPs, e-commerce platforms, and marketplace APIs.\nProduce monthly business intelligence reports that synthesize performance metrics into executive-ready narratives for leadership.\nDesign automated reporting workflows utilizing Google Sheets, BigQuery, and BI tools to minimize manual intervention.\nIdentify trends, anomalies, and leading indicators in product mix and channel performance, providing strategic recommendations.\nValidate data accuracy against source systems, ensuring consistency and resolving discrepancies across reports.\nPartner cross-functionally with sales, merchandising, operations, and finance teams to deliver actionable reporting solutions.\nCollaborate with the engineering team on database architecture, data integration, and pipeline improvements as the tech stack scales.\nRequirements\n3 years of hands-on experience in business intelligence, data analytics, or a quantitative analytical role.\nStrong proficiency in SQL (BigQuery preferred) and experience with modern BI tools (Looker, Tableau, Power BI, or similar).\nAdvanced experience using Google Sheets for ad hoc analysis, data modeling, and automated reporting.\nProven ability to design clear, intuitive dashboards and translate complex data sets into strategic executive summaries.\nExperience with or strong domain interest in e-commerce, retail, consumer products, or manufacturing businesses.\nStrong problem-solving skills with the ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced, remote environment.\nFluent English is mandatory, as the role involves regular collaboration with an international team.\nMust be based in Latin America.\nBonus Points\nExperience using Python for data manipulation, automation, or scripting.\nBackground in financial reporting, gross margin analysis, contribution margin, or P&L structures.\nFamiliarity with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Amazon Seller Central) or ERP system integrations.\nAcademic degree in Data Science, Business Analytics,
