You will oversee schedule management for project crews, handle supply orders, process billing updates, and resolve customer grievances to ensure smooth business operations.\nWe are looking for a detail-oriented, customer-focused professional with strong problem-solving abilities, capable of managing multiple projects and resolving sudden operational challenges in a fast-paced environment.\nSelection process The process usually consists of 4 stages and takes on average 4-6 weeks to be completed, depending on eventual additional technical rounds or take-home tests.\nInitial interview with Workana's recruiting team\nTechnical interview with the client\nCultural fit interview with the client's manager\nFinal interview with C-level\nAs Workana has multiple clients, if you pass the first round with Workana's recruiting team, you may also be considered for other relevant opportunities if the initial opportunity does not move forward.\nResponsibilities\nAct as the primary point of contact supporting assigned clients throughout the entire service lifecycle.\nCollaborate daily with Field Managers to resolve operational issues, client requests, and project emergencies.\nSchedule project crews for services, training, deliveries, and manage regional spreadsheets and work orders.\nCoordinate client estimates, provide pricing, and process contract forms or service discontinuance orders.\nHandle customer service or billing complaints, conducting daily follow-up calls and recording all client interactions.\nManage supply orders, entering and closing orders in the system while overseeing client supply distribution.\nUpdate client tracking and billing systems to maintain accurate service records and manage weekly project budgets.\nWork with external vendors to resolve issues and recommend process improvements to streamline operations.\nRequirements\nAssociate degree (2-year degree) required; Bachelor's degree (4-year degree) is a plus.\nProven experience in operations support, customer solutions, or client project coordination.\nStrong ability to multitask, manage multiple project budgets, and resolve sudden challenges at a moment's notice.\nExceptional attention to detail and strong written and verbal communication skills over phone and email.\nProficient in basic computer applications, software systems, work order
