About the client

Our client is an international organization working with large global companies on the implementation of Visualfabriq, a SaaS platform specializing in Revenue Growth Management (RGM).

We are looking for a Functional Manager to join an international project team. This position has a business-oriented and client-facing focus, responsible for understanding client needs, analyzing processes, and translating them into functional requirements and system configurations.

This is a fully remote opportunity for professionals based in Latin America, working closely with an international team in a bilingual environment.

Role Overview

As a Functional Manager, you will support the Functional Lead in delivering Visualfabriq implementation projects. You will act as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical execution, taking ownership of business analysis, functional design, documentation, testing, and day-to-day project delivery activities.

We are seeking a candidate with strong analytical capabilities, excellent communication skills, and a client-oriented mindset. The selected candidate will have the opportunity to receive training in Visualfabriq.

Selection Process

The process usually consists of 4 stages and takes on average 4 weeks to be completed.

• Initial interview with Workana's recruiting team;
• Technical and Cultural fit interview with the client's manager and HR team;
• Final interview with client's partner stakeholder.

As Workana has multiple clients, if you pass the 1st round with Workana's recruiting team, you will be eligible to be presented to different clients in case the 1st one doesn't succeed.

Responsibilities

• Support the Functional Lead throughout end-to-end project execution.
• Gather, analyze, and document complex business requirements from client stakeholders.
• Prepare clear functional specifications, process flows, and actionable user stories.
• Configure Visualfabriq platform settings according to the approved functional design.
• Lead and facilitate client workshops and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities.
• Investigate, analyze, and resolve functional issues during implementation.
• Escalate key design decisions and process risks to the Functional Lead.
• Collaborate closely with technical development teams and business stakeholders to ensure aligned delivery.

Requirements

• Demonstrable experience with Visualfabriq implementations, or experience in Business Analysis / Product Ownership for enterprise platforms.
• Solid functional understanding of TPM (Trade Promotion Management), TPO (Trade Promotion Optimization), and RGM (Revenue Growth Management) processes.
• Hands-on system configuration experience in enterprise SaaS tools or platforms such as Salesforce/CPGvision, Oracle Demantra, Vistex, Vividly, or Anaplan.
• Proven ability to gather client requirements, facilitate discovery workshops, and create functional documentation.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with a client-facing orientation.
• Full bilingual proficiency in Spanish (native/fluent) and fluent English is mandatory, as the role requires direct interaction with international clients and stakeholders.
• Must be based in Latin America.
