retención, referidos e ingresos (framework AARRR) para detectar palancas de crecimiento.\nColaborar con producto para incorporar loops de crecimiento viral y mejoras de onboarding en el core del producto.\nGestionar y optimizar campañas de paid, SEO/SEM, email marketing y canales orgánicos para mejorar el CAC y ROAS.\nImplementar y mantener el stack de herramientas de growth (analytics, automatización, CRM) asegurando calidad de datos.\nReportar resultados de experimentos con claridad, documentar aprendizajes y comunicar impacto al liderazgo.\nImprescindibles\n3+ años en roles de growth, marketing digital o producto.\nExperiencia diseñando y analizando experimentos A/B.\nDominio de herramientas de analytics (GA4, Mixpanel, Amplitude o similar).\nCapacidad de trabajar con SQL o herramientas de BI de forma autónoma.\nMindset data-driven con orientación clara a resultados.\nValorados\nExperiencia en entornos SaaS o marketplaces B2C/B2B.\nConocimiento de paid acquisition (Meta Ads, Google Ads).\nExperiencia con herramientas de automatización (HubSpot, Braze, Customer.io).\nNoción de producto y capacidad de trabajar con equipos de
