Buscamos un/a Líder Técnico BPM Bizagi para liderar técnicamente una célula de automatización de procesos para Claro. Tendrá a su cargo un equipo de 4 personas y será responsable de definir y evolucionar la arquitectura de las soluciones desarrolladas sobre Bizagi.
Responsabilidades
- Diseñar y evolucionar arquitecturas de soluciones BPM sobre Bizagi.
- Liderar técnicamente un equipo de 4 personas.
- Definir estándares, lineamientos técnicos y buenas prácticas de desarrollo.
- Participar en el diseño de procesos y soluciones de automatización.
- Supervisar la calidad técnica de las implementaciones.
- Diseñar y validar integraciones mediante servicios REST y SOAP.
- Gestionar el ciclo de desarrollo y despliegue utilizando Azure DevOps.
- Identificar riesgos técnicos y proponer soluciones.
- Acompañar al equipo en la resolución de problemas complejos.
- Coordinar con perfiles funcionales, QA y stakeholders del proyecto.
Requirements
Requisitos
- Formación en Ingeniería, Sistemas, Informática o carreras relacionadas.
- Especialización o conocimientos sólidos en Arquitectura de Software.
- Al menos 4 años de experiencia en desarrollo de software.
- Mínimo 2 años de experiencia trabajando con plataformas BPM como Bizagi o Appian.
- Experiencia en arquitectura de soluciones y automatización de procesos.
- Experiencia en integraciones REST y SOAP.
- Conocimientos de Azure DevOps.
- Capacidad para liderar equipos técnicos.
Conocimientos deseables
- Certificación Bizagi Advanced Professional o equivalente.
- Experiencia en proyectos para empresas de telecomunicaciones.
- Conocimiento de arquitecturas cloud y microservicios.
