You won't just be crunching numbers, you'll be uncovering hidden patterns in our operational data, building intelligent systems to make sense of it, and turning your findings into solutions leadership will act on.\nIn this role, You will also be responsible to:\nPartnering with team leads to explore operational data across multiple sub-teams and turn it into something usable\n\nClassify and categorize data to surface patterns, and build an automated process to maintain it\n\nQuantify the trends and benchmarks that address the operational questions the business is asking\n\nIdentify and document the underlying drivers of operational load, supported by data evidence\n\nPropose solutions, including AI-driven and automation-based approaches where appropriate, and define how their document your approach\n\nRequirements\nQualifications / Experience / Technical Skills\nCurrently pursuing a degree/masters in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related quantitative field\n\nStrong interest in data, project management, and Agile methodologies\n\nExperience with Jira, Confluence, or similar project management tools is a plus\n\nWorking knowledge of data analysis and visualization techniques\n\nInterest in AI and its practical application to real business problems\n\nProactive mindset with a passion for continuous improvement\n\nWorking knowledge of data analysis and visualization, and comfort handling large, varied datasets\n\nSoft Skills / Personal Characteristics\nProactive and comfortable working through ambiguity, with a mindset geared toward continuous improvement\n\nStrong communicator, able to translate complex findings into clear, actionable insights\n\nThinks analytically and grounds
