This role supports the supply chain operations by maintaining communication with vendors, carriers, and internal teams to ensure efficient logistics execution. While your duties will depend on the specific needs of your client, they will include, but not be limited to:\nCoordinate and schedule shipments, deliveries, and transportation activities to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment.\nCommunicate with carriers, freight providers, vendors, and clients to provide shipment updates and proactively resolve delays or service disruptions.\nPrepare, review, and maintain shipping documentation including bills of lading, invoices, tracking reports, and related logistics paperwork.\nMonitor shipment status from dispatch through final delivery, ensuring proper documentation and confirmation of receipt.\nCollaborate with warehouse and inventory teams to confirm stock availability and dispatch readiness.\nTrack freight costs and assist in reviewing logistics expenses to support cost control efforts.\nMaintain organized logistics records and update internal systems with accurate shipment data.\nIdentify opportunities to improve logistics processes and increase operational efficiency.\nEnsure compliance with transportation regulations and company policies.\nRequirements\n1-2 Years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or transportation preferred roles.\nStrong organizational and multitasking skills.\nProficiency in Microsoft Office and logistics software.\nExcellent communication and problem-solving skills.\nAbility to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment\n Technical Requirements\nProcessor: Intel 11th Gen (or AMD Ryzen 5000 series) for Windows | M2 for Macs. \nRAM: 16 GB minimum. \nInternet: Stable connection of 50 Mbps minimum. \nPlease note that devices such as MacBook Neos and Chromebooks are not fit for our roles.\nBenefits\nCompensation & Growth\nAt WorkBetterNow, we believe in rewarding commitment and supporting long-term success.
