The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for talent acquisition.\nWhile your duties will depend on the specific needs of your client, they will include, but not be limited to:\nAssist with job posting and advertising on various online platforms, job boards, and social media channels.\nSource and screen resumes/CVs to identify qualified candidates for open positions, conducting initial phone screens as needed.\nCoordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers, ensuring timely communication and follow-up.\nPrepare interview materials and logistics, including interview schedules, candidate assessments, and video conference setups.\nAssist with candidate communication throughout the recruitment process, providing updates, feedback, and guidance as needed.\nMaintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS), tracking progress and status changes.\nConduct reference checks and background screenings for selected candidates, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.\nRequirements\n2+ years of proven experience in recruitment, HR, or administrative roles preferred.\nStrong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines.\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with candidates and internal stakeholders.\nProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and applicant tracking systems (ATS).\n\n Technical Requirements\nProcessor: Intel 11th Gen (or AMD Ryzen 5000 series) for Windows | M2 for Macs. \nRAM: 16 GB minimum. \nInternet: Stable connection of 50 Mbps minimum. \nPlease note that devices such as MacBook Neos and Chromebooks are not fit for our roles.\nBenefits\nCompensation & Growth\nAt WorkBetterNow, we believe in rewarding commitment and supporting long-term success.
