The ideal candidate is organized, customer-focused, and experienced in managing service requests and technician coordination.\nWhile your duties will depend on the specific needs of your client, they will include, but not be limited to:\nSchedule and coordinate service appointments, work orders, and technician dispatching.\nServe as the main point of contact for clients regarding service requests and updates.\nCreate, assign, and manage work orders in service management systems.\nTrack service jobs to ensure timely completion and follow-ups.\nCommunicate with field technicians to coordinate schedules and resolve issues.\nMaintain accurate records of service activities, invoices, and documentation.\nHandle customer inquiries, complaints, and service-related concerns professionally.\nMonitor service performance and ensure SLAs are met.\nGenerate reports on service operations and performance metrics.\nCoordinate parts, materials, or equipment needed for service jobs.\nSupport continuous improvement of service processes and workflows.\nRequirements\nBachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field (or equivalent experience).\n2+ years of proven experience in service coordination, dispatch, or administrative roles.\nStrong organizational and multitasking skills.\nExcellent communication and customer service skills.\nExperience with scheduling or CRM/dispatch systems (preferred).\nAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities\n\nTechnical Requirements\nProcessor: Intel 11th Gen (or AMD Ryzen 5000 series) for Windows | M2 for Macs. \nRAM: 16 GB minimum. \nInternet: Stable connection of 50 Mbps minimum. \nPlease note that devices such as MacBook Neos and Chromebooks are not fit for our roles.\nBenefits\nCompensation & Growth\nAt WorkBetterNow, we believe in rewarding commitment and supporting long-term success.
