The team partners with Workday on Workday (WoW) and Product teams to enhance, test, and uptake Workday functionality.\nAbout the Role\nWorkday is seeking a Accounts Payable Analyst for invoice processing who wants to make their mark on a growing organization. The\ncandidate should be a self-starter, excellent communicator, and enjoy collaborating with people with a diverse set of talents, in an ambitious\nfast-paced environment.\nJob responsibilities include, but are not limited to:\nEstablish strong working relationships with internal partners and with outside suppliers\nSuccessful completion of team month end responsibilities\nSupport AP projects and team in an accounting and control environment\nProvide accounting and control environment support to projects, M&A integrations and team\nPerform daily processing of accounts payable transactions to ensure that finances are maintained in an effective, up-to-data and accurate manner\nLead team meetings\nResolves escalations related to invoice processing\nResolve purchase order, contract, invoice, and/or payment discrepancies\nDocument and maintain Accounts Payable procedures\nIncrease job knowledge by participating in various training and educational opportunities\nStrive to accomplish team and organizational goals\nAbout You\nBasic Qualifications\n5+ years related experience\nOther Qualifications\nAccounting, Finance or other business degree preferred\nShown accounting and controls experience\nDemonstrated experience to work well within target timelines\nProven experience in identifying and implementing process improvements preferred\nFamiliarity with conducting business as part of an international company is helpful\nStrong digital literacy including Excel\nOur Approach to Flexible Work\nWith Flex Work, we’re combining the best of both worlds: in-person time and remote.
