We partner with Sales, Consulting and Technology teams to deliver scalable, integrated solutions that support business operations and data-driven intelligence.\nWe are seeking a seasoned, hands-on Lead Salesforce Engineer to design and deliver complex enterprise solutions supporting 3,000+ users across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Salesforce CPQ and Conga CLM. This is an individual contributor role combining deep technical expertise, solution architecture and collaborative engineering leadership.\nResponsibilities:\nLead technical design and hands-on development of scalable solutions across Salesforce clouds, CPQ and Conga CLM.\nOwn complex implementations from requirements through production, emphasizing performance, governor-limit safety, security and maintainability.\nTranslate business requirements into technical designs, evaluating architectural options and trade-offs.\nDrive engineering best practices across Apex, LWC, automation frameworks, data modeling, integrations, code quality and SDLC.\nParticipate in design and code reviews, mentor engineers and promote consistent development standards.\nPartner with administrators, consultants and operations teams to align declarative and programmatic solutions.\nProactively identify and address technical debt, platform scalability risks and org-health concerns.\nEvaluate Salesforce platform enhancements and opportunities to improve reliability, automation and data quality.\nMinimum Requirements:\n8+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience in enterprise Sales Cloud and Service Cloud environments.\nCritical Skills:\n3+ years of deep, hands-on Salesforce CPQ and Conga CLM experience (mandatory), including pricing, product rules, quote templates, amendments and renewals.\nAdvanced expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components, Aura and asynchronous processing (Batch, Queueable, Scheduled Apex, Platform Events).\nStrong understanding of Salesforce data architecture, sharing/security, large data volumes, SOQL optimization and governor limits.\nExperience designing integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, Bulk API, Named Credentials and event-driven architectures.\nProven ability to independently architect and implement complex solutions across multi-cloud Salesforce environments.\n2+ years of technical leadership through solution design, code reviews, technical guidance or mentoring.\nAdditional Skills:\nStrong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across technical and business teams.\nSalesforce CPQ, Platform Developer I/II certification.\nExperience with Copado, Git-based development, CI/CD and Salesforce DevOps practices.\nExperience collaborating with globally distributed engineering teams.\nEducation:\nBachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.\nThe budgeted salary range for this position in Connecticut and New York is $160,000 - $175,000.\nCompany Overview:\nFactSet (NYSE:FDS| NASDAQ:FDS) helps the financial community to see more, think bigger, and work better.
