We work closely with people to acquire fast feedback and achieve the right outcomes.\nAt our Israeli site, we follow a hybrid work model with 3 days in the office and 2 days from home\nAbout the Role\nDesign, build, and improve ML-powered software products that deliver real value to users.\nExplore, analyze, and model large-scale textual data to support accurate predictions, classification, and decision-making.\nDevelop and evaluate NLP and machine learning models, using LLMs and generative AI techniques when relevant.\nMove quickly from data analysis and experimentation to prototypes, production-ready code, and integration with other services.\nOwn the quality, performance, and ongoing improvement of your work through metrics, evaluation, and data-driven iteration.\nCollaborate with product, engineering, and research partners while learning from a strong technical team.\nAbout You\nBasic Qualifications:\n4+ years of experience as a machine learning engineer, data scientist, software engineer or in a related technical role.\nStrong Python skills, with experience building, shipping, and maintaining production-grade code.\nSolid software engineering fundamentals, including clean APIs, testing, CI/CD, observability, and maintainable codebases.\nPractical experience working with large-scale data, data modeling, and production systems that support data-driven products.\nFamiliarity with machine learning, deep learning, and NLP concepts, with hands-on experience using frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or scikit-learn.\nOther Qualifications:\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.\nExperience with GenAI and LLMs.\nOur Approach to Flexible Work\nWith Hybrid Work, we’re combining the best of both worlds: in-person time and remote.
