You will be the Workday leader ultimately responsible for managing the Customer experience through deployments.About the Role\nThe Principal Engagement Manager will be an expert with the Workday Deployment Methodology while managing large to complex global deployments. In this role, they will use their broad expertise to resolve multiple complex issues in creative and effective ways. They will also support executive level expectations by providing internal recommendations to management, based on field experience, as to how to potentially enhance the Workday Deployment Methodology.About You\nBasic Qualifications\n8+ years of managing complex HCM and/or ERP implementations, with a strong focus on Financials/HCM or Payroll\n3+ years deploying Workday, PeopleSoft ,Oracle, SAP, Ultimate Kronos or similar software\nOther Qualifications\nPrior experience working for a professional services consulting firm or supporting HCM/ERP implementations within the customer\nPrevious experience with project management tools (Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, etc.)\nWorkday experience highly preferred, though not mandatory\nPrevious experience managing full project lifecycle, including Project P&L ownership is a plus\nStrong ability to support HR transformation and organizational change management initiatives within the context of a technology deployment\nPrevious SaaS sales experience is a plus. \nOur Approach to Flexible Work\nWith Flex Work, we’re combining the best of both worlds: in-person time and remote.
