This position reports directly to the Manager of Revenue Operations.About the Role\nProudly represent our organization by displaying Workday’s core values such as Customer Service, Innovation, and Integrity, in your role as a Revenue Operations Analyst.\nResponsibilities:\nHandling the timely and accurate integration of Sales Orders from Salesforce to Workday\nEnsuring compliance with SLAs\nPartnering with cross-functional teams (Sales Operations, Revenue Recognition, Legal, etc.) to resolve Sales Order-related issues\nFinding opportunities and lead initiatives that drive departmental and cross-functional efficiencies, particularly in system improvements and scaling of processes\nContributing to Monthly/Quarterly Revenue Operations Close (Journal Entries, Reconciliations etc.)\nAssisting with Quarterly preparation of supplemental reporting for Senior Management\nSupporting ad hoc reporting or data management requests\nUnderstanding of the GTM process and changes with regards to Revenue operations is a plus\nHave conducted UAT and understand how it is conducted. Ability to collaborate with the Automation team to lead it from Idea initiation to closure.\nAbout You\nBasic Qualifications:\n5 - 9 years of experience in a Financial Operations /Revenue Operations environment, including general ledger reconciliations, accounting research, and/or journal entries\nStrong Excel skills are required\nOther Qualifications:\nAccounting/Finance or other business degree preferred\nSFDC experience is highly preferred\nSaaS experience is a plus\nHigh attention to detail, accurate and organized\nProven track record for crafting process efficiencies and solving problems\nExcellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills\nThe ability to work with all levels of management\nCustomer service-focused and solution oriented\nAbility to lead multiple project concurrently\nOur Approach to Flexible Work\nWith Flex Work, we’re combining the best of both worlds: in-person time and remote.
