If you care about data access, developer experience, and building tools other teams rely on every day, you'll feel right at home here.About the Role\nAs the Senior Manager, Product Management on this team, you will lead the strategic direction for our API platform, overseeing the APIs, frameworks, and data standards that power Agent Ready Tools and support data access at scale. You will lead a product team of product managers and implementers, turning strategy into action through a test-and-learn approach. If you enjoy defining how APIs should work and building the infrastructure that moves data at enterprise scale, this role is for you.\nResponsibilities:\nDefine and drive the roadmap for the API Platform, focused on the highest-value outcomes.\nWork closely with product pillar product managers and general managers to align on roadmap priorities and delivery.\nBuild a structured framework to assess and rank the strategic importance of platform features, guiding where the team invests.\nWork closely with teams and leaders across the business to understand and prioritize incoming requests.\nPresent roadmap updates, insights, and value outcomes to executive leadership and other business leaders.\nLead, mentor and support your team of product managers, turning strategy into action through a test-and-learn approach.\nWork closely with teams across the business, from engineering to go-to-market, to support successful development and launch.\nAct as the connection between internal teams and customers, making sure customer feedback shapes delivery.\nEffectively drive the execution of many projects to achieve the long-term vision.\nAbout You\nBasic Qualifications\nMinimum of 5 years of experience leading and developing product management teams, including minimum of 2 years managing other product management managers.\nMinimum of 10 years of experience in product management, defining, launching, and iterating on software products or features.\nHas technical understanding of API development approaches, tooling, and the product roadmap.\nBachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred, or equivalent practical experience.\nOther Qualifications\nBuilding Trust - experience building trust within and across product teams and with business leaders.\nBusiness Mindset - experience aligning product strategy with the company's business objectives and financial goals.\nDecision Making - experience making sound decisions on complex product and strategic matters, weighing multiple factors and communicating the reasoning clearly.\nEvangelism - experience communicating product vision and value to people inside and outside the company, building enthusiasm and alignment.\nManaging Ambiguity - experience guiding teams through uncertainty in product development and changing market conditions.\nProduct Strategies - experience contributing to and carrying out product roadmaps and go-to-market approaches.\nTalent Development - experience coaching and mentoring product team members to grow their skills.\nTransformational Leadership - experience inspiring and motivating product teams to reach ambitious goals and drive innovation.\nSystems thinking and how changes in one part of a technical ecosystem can impact many parts of the ecosystem.\nWorkday Pay Transparency Statement\nThe annualized base salary ranges for the primary location and any additional locations are listed below. Workday pay ranges vary based on work location.
