You'll work on cloud infrastructure, deployment systems, and developer tooling, serving as a technical partner to other engineering teams while focusing on reliability and performance.\nIn this role, you will\nBe the backbone of our ambitious goals, ensuring our infrastructure is robust and scalable.\n\nSupport feature development teams with infrastructure decisions and deployments.\n\nAct as Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) and continuously enhance our Developer Experience (DX).\n\nDesign and implement scalable cloud infrastructure solutions.\n\nAbout You\nBasic Qualifications:\n3+ years of experience in infrastructure, platform, or site reliability engineering.\n\n3+ years of hands-on experience with GCP or equivalent cloud platforms, including managing production environments.\n\n3+ years of experience with Kubernetes, including deployment, scaling, and operations.\n\n3+ years of experience withinfrastructure-as-codetooling, such as Terraform.\n\n2+ years of experience coding backend applications, with a strong track record of writing reliable, maintainable services.\n\nOther Qualifications:\nExperience acting as an SRE, with a strong understanding of site reliability principles in production environments.\n\nExperience improving developer experience through internal tooling, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment automation.\n\nFamiliarity with TypeScript in a backend context, enabling effective collaboration with product engineering teams.\n\nExperience with Postgres and Redis in production, including performance tuning and reliability practices.\n\nExperience supporting feature development teams with infrastructure decisions, reviews, and hands-on deployment support.\n\nStrong observability skills, including logging, metrics, alerting, and incident response.\n\nAbility to navigate ambiguity and drive infrastructure projects from concept to production.\n\nStrong communication skills, with the ability to partner effectively across engineering and product teams.\n\nWorkday Pay Transparency Statement (For EU Locations Only)\nListed below is the base salary range applicable to this position.
