The successful candidate will be willing to take on tasks outside of their immediate knowledge base, maintain meticulous attention to detail, and communicate effectively-both written and verbally-in technical and non-technical language across multi-functional teams.\nAbout You\nBasic Qualifications:\nProfessional Experience: 8+ years of hands-on experience in IT engineering, platform administration, or enterprise systems engineering.\nAI Platform Readiness: Hands-on experience or interest in integrating enterprise AI tools and third-party SaaS products with enterprise collaboration stacks.\n Enterprise Platform Expertise: Deep administrative expertise across core collaboration platforms, specifically Google Workspace (Gmail, Drive, Vault), Slack Enterprise Grid, and Microsoft 365 / MS Teams.\nAutomation & Scripting: Demonstrated proficiency in architecting automated workflows and scripts using Python, PowerShell, Google Apps Script, REST APIs, and command-line administration tools such as GAM and Google Admin SDK.\n Technical Operations (L3/L4): Proven experience operating as an escalation point for complex L3/L4 technical issues, incident management, root cause analysis, and ticketing systems (ServiceNow or Jira).\n Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field (or equivalent practical work experience).\nOther Qualifications:\n Global Support & Coordination: Ability to coordinate across global operations and maintain seamless daily handoffs across time zones (PST / IST) to ensure 24x5 coverage.\nShift-Left Operational Strategy: Strong drive to implement operational automation that empowers Tier 1 and Tier 2 support teams, reducing ongoing engineering maintenance overhead.\nCommunication & Stakeholder Management: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical business partners and leadership.\nAgility & Problem Solving: History of balancing multiple competing priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced technology environment while adhering to customer SLAs.\nOur Approach to Flexible Work\nWith Flex Work, we’re combining the best of both worlds: in-person time and remote.
