They will lead/manage mid to large deployments and resolve complex issues in creative and effective ways. They will also support executive level expectations by providing internal suggestions to management, based on field experience, as to how to potentially enhance the Workday Deployment Methodology.About You\nBasic Qualifications\n7+ years experience of project management with HCM, Payroll, Financial or Student implementations within medium enterprise, large enterprise, higher education and/or state and local governments.\n3+years of experience implementing Workday, Oracle, SAP, PeopleSoft or similar applications.\n Other Qualifications\nPrevious experience with project management tools (Microsoft Project, Smartsheets, etc).\n\nExperience in project management incorporating financial business processes and financial reporting\n\nExperience overseeing 3rd parties on a project\n\nBusiness development experience\n\nPrevious service sales experience is a plus. Successful candidates have a balance of functional (business) and technical experience\n\nDemonstrated executive presence, including outstanding communication skills, confidence, and the ability to inspire and influence others, is highly valued.\n\nStrong influencing skills, including persuasive communication and the ability to drive consensus and effectively collaborate with stakeholders, are crucial.\n\nProven ability to effectively lead service delivery, ensuring customer satisfaction through streamlined processes, efficient resource allocation, and a focus on meeting expectations, is essential.\n\nExcellent time management skills, with the ability to prioritize, organize, and effectively handle workload to meet scheduled completion dates and enhance productivity, are key to success in this role.\n\nAbility to travel 50 percent or more of the time\n\nWorkday Pay Transparency Statement\nThe annualized base salary ranges for the primary location and any additional locations are listed below. Workday pay ranges vary based on work location.
