You will own features end to end - from design through launch-working closely with peers and cross-functional partners to clarify requirements, assess risks, and make trade offs that support long-term quality.\nResponsibilities:\nDesign and deliver scalable, high-quality technical solutions aligned with business and product needs.\n\nApply advanced technical expertise to solve complex engineering problems and improve system performance, reliability, and maintainability.\n\nContribute to technical architecture by evaluating design options, defining technical approaches, and supporting long-term product direction.\n\nLead complex technical initiatives from planning through implementation, deployment, and ongoing support.\n\nIdentify opportunities to modernize systems, improve engineering practices, and introduce innovative technical solutions.\n\nCollaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to clarify requirements, assess feasibility, and ensure successful delivery.\n\nProvide technical guidance, code reviews, and mentorship to strengthen engineering quality and team capability.\n\nProactively identify technical risks, dependencies, and implementation challenges, and drive effective mitigation plans.\n\nStay current with emerging technologies and recommend practical improvements that enhance product quality and team efficiency.\n\nOther duties which are assigned by the Employer or authorized person of the Employer.\n\nAbout You\nBasic Qualifications\n6+ years of experience in software development engineering.\n\nSolid proficiency in at least one modern programming language.\n\nOther Qualifications\nAdvanced proficiency in using modern AI tools to improve engineering productivity, code quality, problem-solving, and technical decision-making.\n\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.\n\nStrong hands-on experience with Python is a plus point, experience in RESTful API design, scalable service development, and secure, reliable back-end systems.\n\nAdvanced knowledge of object-oriented design, software architecture patterns, databases, data modeling, performance tuning, and system scalability.\n\nProven ability to lead technical design discussions, influence solution approaches, and mentor team members.\n\nStrong collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional partners, build trust, share knowledge, and support team goals.\n\nExcellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills in both Vietnamese and English, with the ability to design innovative solutions for complex AI-driven features.\n\nOur Approach to Flexible Work\nWith Flex Work, we’re combining the best of both worlds: in-person time and remote.
