The Solution Consulting team at Workday helps the company to continue to grow by balancing integrity and innovation, ensuring Workmates have the environment to bring their best self, and get better by pushing and developing themselves and the Workmates around them.About the Role\nAs a Senior Solution Consultant focused on selling the Evisort CLM solution, you will play a pivotal role in guiding the world's largest and most strategic companies through their contract digital transformation. You will work closely with senior executives, including General Counsels, Heads of Procurement, IT leaders, Legal Ops Executives, Sales Executives, Compliance Officers, and others, to understand their business needs.\nSolution Consultants take those requirements and match them to Evisort's AI capabilities. Your expertise will help customers develop understanding and passion for how AI can transform the way they manage contracts across their business, and help customers build a compelling vision and value case for using AI to redefine their contract management.\nAbout the Evisort CLM Solution\nOur solution provides groundbreaking AI technology that automatically analyses contracts and other documents to extract key information and make them searchable, simplifying decision-making while helping to reduce costs and manage risk. We automate manual work, facilitate teamwork, and streamline operations so businesses can make better decisions with better data, accelerate deal making, and manage contracts with a fraction of the effort.\nKey Responsibilities:\nProvide tailored demonstrations of the Evisort CLM platform to prospective customers including stand alone CLM engagements and integrated with other Workday applications (eg Source to Contract).\nEngage with major enterprises to understand their business requirements and identify and explain how these requirements map to Evisort's AI technology. This may involve educating potential customers on the current state of AI technology and what this makes possible for their business.\nBuild tailored presentations and run test drives and enterprise-grade proof of concepts demonstrating Evisort’s efficiency for sophisticated use cases, including supplier management, source to contract, procure to pay, quote to cash, regulatory and policy compliance, and legal diligence.\nCollaborate with senior company leaders to build a vision and value case for using our solution in contract transformation.\nServe as a strategic advisor and thought partner to existing major customers, helping them expand and scale their use of Evisort's solutions.\nApply Evisort's configurable AI solutions, including its contract-specific LLM capabilities and innovative Document X-Ray product, to build solutions for healthcare, finance, high tech, media and entertainment, and other industries.\nSupport sales engagements across Australia and New Zealand. Support of opportunities across Asia may also be required.\nAbout You\nBasic Qualifications:\n5+ years of proven experience of solution consulting or similar sales-oriented strategic client engagement experience, particularly with senior business, contract or legal professionals.\n3+ years of experience to diagnose and frame sophisticated problems in an understandable way, prepare and present decks and proposals to senior executives, propose actionable solutions and a path forward, and get customer consensus.\n3+ years of experience understanding AI technology and Large Language Models and their application to contract and document management or related fields.\n3+ years of experience presenting CLM solutions in operational domains including source to contract, quote to contract and HR use cases.\nExperience in end-to-end procure to pay processes will be highly regarded.\nOther Qualifications:\nPrior experience with contracting or the legal function within businesses (or technologies serving these functions), with the ability to speak peer-to-peer with senior legal professionals.\nStrong strategic vision and the ability to develop and present arguments for AI-driven contract transformation.\nPassionate about applying AI to sophisticated contract and business transformation processes.\nComfortable working in a fast-paced environment, with a willingness to pitch in and tackle broad responsibilities beyond core duties to set clients up for success.\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with clients and internal teams.\nPassionate about having a broad impact on the company's growth.\nOur Approach to Flexible Work\nWith Flex Work, we’re combining the best of both worlds: in-person time and remote.
