Ce rôle est responsabilisant et formateur, dans un environnement SaaS en pleine évolution.\nMissions\nImaginer et mener des actions de prospection multicanale auprès d’interlocuteurs RH et C-Level.\nTraiter et qualifier les leads entrants MQL et les opportunités outbound pour créer un flux régulier de rendez-vous pertinents.\nTravailler en étroite collaboration avec les équipes Sales et Marketing pour améliorer la génération et la qualité des leads.\nProfil recherché\n* Tu as au moins **1 an d’expérience** dans un rôle commercial ou de prospection ;* Tu es issu(e) d’une formation de niveau **Bac+4 minimum** ;\n* Tu as déjà utilisé un CRM (la connaissance de HubSpot est un plus) et des outils de prospection ;\n* Tu as un **anglais intermédiaire** ;\n* Une expérience dans le SaaS ou l’IT, idéalement dans les RH, est appréciée ;\n* Tu es à l’aise au téléphone, persévérant(e) face aux refus et capable d’adapter ton discours à tes interlocuteurs ;\n* Tu sais organiser tes priorités entre traitement des leads entrants, qualification, prospection, suivi CRM et passation aux AE ;\n* Tu fais preuve d’autonomie, de dynamisme et d’esprit d’initiative, et tu as envie de contribuer à l’amélioration continue de l’équipe.\nTu es prêt(e) à incarner au quotidien nos valeurs : **Bâtir Fièrement**, **Travailler avec Plaisir**, **Viser l’Excellence**, **Oser Explorer** et **Construire Ensemble**.
