Einleitung

Für ein Unternehmen im Bereich FinTech in der Region Hamburg sind wir auf der Suche nach einem Agentic QA Engineer (gn) für die Festanstellung.

In dieser Rolle übernimmst du die Verantwortung für die Entwicklung und Implementierung innovativer Teststrategien, um die Qualität und Zuverlässigkeit von KI-basierten Systemen zu gewährleisten.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Konzeption und Umsetzung von Teststrategien für KI-gestützte Anwendungen und Systeme
  • Entwicklung und Durchführung automatisierter Tests zur Validierung von Agenten-basierten Lösungen
  • Zusammenarbeit mit Entwicklungsteams zur Identifikation und Behebung von Qualitätsmängeln
  • Analyse und Bewertung von Testergebnissen zur kontinuierlichen Verbesserung der Systeme
  • Dokumentation von Testfällen und -ergebnissen sowie Erstellung von Qualitätsberichten
  • Mitwirkung bei der Weiterentwicklung von QA-Prozessen und -Methoden

Dein Profil

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Informatik, Ingenieurwesen oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Erfahrung im Bereich Quality Assurance, insbesondere mit KI- oder Agenten-basierten Systemen
  • Kenntnisse in der Entwicklung automatisierter Tests (z. B. mit Python, Selenium oder ähnlichen Tools)
  • Verständnis für maschinelles Lernen und KI-Technologien
  • Analytische Denkweise und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch
