Je stelt contracten,SLA’senNDA’sop, beoordeelt deze en bewaakt afspraken, verplichtingen, risico’s en deadlines.\nDaarnaast bouw je aan strategische relaties met IT-leveranciers. Je organiseert leveranciersreviews, monitort prestaties op basis vanKPI’senSLA’sen zorgt dat service- en contractissues worden opgelost. Je stimuleert daarbij continue verbetering en innovatie.\nJeleidtRFQ-, RFP- ensourcingtrajecten, beoordeelt leveranciersvoorstellen en adviseert over make-or-buy-beslissingen. Ook identificeer je mogelijkheden voor kostenbesparing en optimalisatie van IT-dienstverlening.\nJe werkt nauw samen met Legal, Procurement, Finance, Security en IT en draagt bij aan goedegovernance, compliance en het beheersen van leveranciersrisico’s.\nWat jij meebrengt\nHBO- ofWO-werk- en -denkniveau, bij voorkeur in Informatica, Bedrijfskunde, IT Management of vergelijkbaar.\nMinimaal 5 jaar ervaring in IT Vendor Management, Contract Management of een vergelijkbare functie.\nErvaring met complexe IT-, cloud- enmanagedservicecontracten.\nErvaring met grote IT-leveranciers ensourcing- of aanbestedingstrajecten.\nSterke onderhandelingsvaardigheden, commercieel inzicht en analytisch vermogen.\nResultaatgericht, proactief en zelfstandig, met sterke communicatieve en stakeholdermanagementvaardigheden.\nGoede beheersing van het Nederlands en Engels.\nKennis van ITIL, COBIT, Prince2 of PMP is eenpre.\nKennismaken?\nNieuwsgierig naar deze rol en benieuwd wat jij kunt betekenen voor onze IT-organisatie?
