It is also essential to be\ncomfortable with the difference between ‘research’ and ‘research & development.’ We are\ndriving to a product that meets customer needs and time is always a factor. The salary will\ninitially be below the market rate, but this will be compensated with equity in the company,\nwhich will allow you to share in our ultimate success. We anticipate the salary to quickly\nincrease after 2 or 3 years. You will be expected to relocate to beautiful Northern Colorado\nat the base of the Rocky Mountains.\nParman Tech is a small startup in the R&D phase, expecting to have our first product in 2\nyears. Our revolutionary technology, which we call NanoSelect, uses optical forces to\npurify nanoparticle formulations, making them safer and more effective for treating cancer\nand many other devastating diseases.
