Responsibilities also include participating in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, supporting sprint planning and backlog refinement, assisting with User Acceptance Testing (UAT), validating test cases, supporting defect resolution, and identifying opportunities for business process improvement. Strong communication, analytical, documentation, and problem-solving skills are essential. The candidate must have hands-on experience with JIRA, Confluence, MS Office, and SQL for data analysis and validation.
