The candidate will also be responsible for supporting the implementation and upgrade of the Altera Sunrise suite of applications, gathering technical and configuration requirements from clinical stakeholders, and developing and delivering training to clinical resources to facilitate business process and system changes. Applicants must hold a Business Analysis diploma or certification, a valid PRINCE2 Foundation or Practitioner certification, and a valid Prosci Change Management certification.
