The platform will support clinical data ingestion from on-premises systems, healthcare data processing and analytics through BigQuery, and secure API access for EMRs, partners, government agencies, and patient-facing applications. The architect will own end-to-end cloud architecture, including networking, security, data pipelines, API integration, Infrastructure as Code, observability, resilience, and DR.\nResponsibilities\nLead architecture workshops with client and partner stakeholders.\nDesign and document end-to-end GCP architecture and target-state solutions.\nProvide technical leadership and mentorship to engineering teams.\nArchitect data ingestion and processing using Dataflow, Healthcare API/FHIR, Cloud Run, Cloud SQL, Firestore, and Redis.\nDesign analytics architecture using BigQuery and GCS.\nDesign and secure FHIR Store and Consent API implementations.\nDefine orchestration using Cloud Composer/Airflow and Artifact Registry.\nEstablish IAM, Secret Manager, and Cloud KMS security patterns.\nDesign hybrid connectivity using Cloud Interconnect and secure private connectivity.\nArchitect API integrations using IBM APIC or Apigee.\nDefine resilience, backup, multi-region, and disaster recovery strategies.\nCollaborate with observability and security teams.\nDevelop current-state to target-state implementation and migration roadmaps.\nRequirements\nMandatory Requirements\nStrong GCP Cloud Architecture experience.\nHands-on expertise with BigQuery, Dataflow, Cloud Run, Cloud Composer, GCS, Cloud SQL, Firestore, and Memorystore/Redis.\nStrong Terraform experience for multi-project GCP provisioning, including VPC, IAM, Interconnect, service accounts, and organization policies.\nExperience with Cloud Build or Jenkins/GitLab CI, container pipelines, Artifact Registry, and GitOps.\nStrong knowledge of Cloud Interconnect, IAM, Secret Manager, Cloud KMS, Private Service Connect, and perimeter security.\nExperience with IBM API Connect (APIC) or Apigee and partner/B2B API integrations.\nExperience with hybrid identity and GCP IAM integration.\nExperience supporting multiple external integrations and API consumers.\nExperience developing current-state to target-state architecture roadmaps.\nStrong communication and stakeholder workshop facilitation skills.\nGoogle Professional Cloud Architect certification -
