Officer to act as the initial point of contact for visitors, clients, and other stakeholders.\n\nThe person who takes on this role will oversee the reception area, manage enquiries and communications, coordinate visitors, and deliver administrative support so that the front office runs smoothly and maintains a professional standard at all times.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\n Greet and attend to visitors, clients, and guests in a professional and courteous manner.\n\n Act as the organisation's first point of contact, ensuring every visitor has a positive experience.\n\n Receive, screen, and route telephone calls, messages, and enquiries to the right personnel.\n\n Handle routine enquiries in person and through phone, email, or other communication channels.\n\n Oversee the reception area, keeping it clean, orderly, and presentable.\n\n Keep accurate records of visitors, appointments, calls, deliveries, and other relevant activity.\n\n Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and visitor arrangements.\n\n Receive and distribute correspondence, parcels, documents, and other deliveries.\n\n Provide basic administrative and clerical assistance to the relevant departments.\n\n Support with photocopying, printing, filing, scanning, data entry, and document preparation as required.\n\nRequirements\n\n A Bachelor's Degree, HND, or OND in Business Administration, Public Administration, Mass Communication, or a related discipline.\n\n Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.\n\n Previous experience in a front desk or similar role.\n\nLocation\nAbuja (FCT),
