As part of the programme, you'll earn your IOSH certificate and attend external events and industry forums.\nThis position is full-time, combining on-the-job training with attendance at external events and forums.\nAvailable Pathways\nGraduate Pathways\nRICS-Accredited Degree\n24-month programme designed to support you in completing the APC and becoming a Chartered Surveyor.\nNon-RICS Accredited Degree\n30-month programme designed to support you in completing an MSc in Commercial Real Estate alongside the APC, leading to Chartered Surveyor status.\nApprentice Pathway\nCommercial Real Estate Degree Apprenticeship\n5-year programme designed to support you in completing a BSc in Commercial Real Estate and the APC to become a Chartered Surveyor.\nWhat You'll Do\nAs a Management Surveyor, you'll oversee the day-to-day management of a varied portfolio of commercial properties, including retail, office, and industrial assets.\nYou'll provide specialist advice to landlords and tenants on matters such as lease obligations, repairs, and maintenance, while overseeing the management of rental income and other tenant-related charges. You'll also work closely with clients to help enhance the value of their property portfolios.\nOur clients include large institutional investors, pension funds, insurance companies, and property companies.\nOther responsibilities include:\nArranging and undertaking property inspections.\nPreparing and administering service charge expenditure.\nEnsuring compliance with legislation, including Health & Safety requirements and other regulations.\nManaging tenant applications for assignments, subletting, and alterations.\nSupporting clients with value-enhancement opportunities, including rent reviews, lettings, and lease renewals.\nReporting to and working with clients on tenure matters and physical property improvements.\nWhat Matters Most in This Role\nWe're looking for individuals who demonstrate:\nEnthusiasm and commitment to meeting both client and tenant requirements.\nStrong attention to detail, problem-solving, and time management skills.\nExcellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and work collaboratively.\nResilience and a positive attitude.\nThe confidence to take responsibility, use initiative, and remain calm under pressure.\nA willingness to work in different environments, both on-site and in the office.\nA proactive approach to personal development and ownership of your learning and career progression.\nEntry Requirements\nGraduate Applicants\nRICS-Accredited Degree Pathway\nRICS-accredited degree with a minimum 2:2 classification (or equivalent).\nNon-RICS Degree Pathway\nNon-cognate, non-RICS accredited degree with a minimum 2:2 classification.\nApprentice Applicants\n96 UCAS tariff points (or equivalent) and GCSE Grade 4/C or above in English and Mathematics (or equivalent);\nOR\nAn Advanced Apprenticeship in Surveying or Construction Technical with a minimum DD profile (or equivalent qualification), plus GCSE Grade 4/C or above in English and Mathematics (or equivalent).\nWhy Workman?\nHybrid working to offer you a great work life balance, with a minimum of three days in the office.
