Attention to detail is essential.\nYour ability to collaborate across different teams and build relationships with senior stakeholders is crucial. It is important to challenge results and practices objectively and strategically.\nDay to day, you’ll\nIndependently manage the ISO 27002: 2022 internal audit across all offices and the firm. \nSupport the ISO 9001: 2015 audits which take place twice a year. \nLead compliance spot-checks on all offices and departments to ensure continuity of practices. \nEnsure client due diligence questionnaires are received, processed and analysed accordingly. \nPrepare audit reports and document finding clearly, objectively and inline with ISO standards.\nProvide guidance to stakeholders on internal audit trends, compliance regulations and best practices.\nProviding ad hoc training or responding to compliance queries from internal stakeholders \nHow we see the role developing\nSupport the Property Management Accounting team with their ISO 9001: 2015 annual audits. \nUnderstand and manage all other ISO internal audits across multiple functions of the business including; ESG - ISO 14001: 2015, H&S ISO 45001:2018\nConduct ISO 22301:2019 internal audits across the firm. \nHelp lead all ISO Audits across practices in our office in Paris.\nWhat we expect from you\nExperience in internal audit, compliance, risk or governance roles. \nKnowledge of ISO accreditation frameworks. \nExcellent attention to detail. \nStrong analytical and problem solving skills. \nExperience in the property industry is beneficial but not essential. \nHigh levels of integrity, discretion and professional judgment. \nExcellent diary management \nAbout Workman\nAs the UK’s leading independent commercial property management specialist, Workman has an enviable position within the property industry.\nWe are proud of our longstanding relationships with many of our clients, some of whom we have worked with for more than 25 years.
