  • Working with the HR Analyst, help to prepare regular reports on absence, turnover, probation outcomes, and other people metrics.
  • Work with the HRBP’s and Junior HR Advisor to ensure data is accurate, insightful, and useful for decision-making.

Employee Experience & Engagement

  • Support HRBP with engagement initiatives, wellbeing campaigns, and support our ED&I initiatives.
  • Act as a point of contact for escalated employee queries from HR Operations, and escalating where needed to the HRBP’s.
  • Ensure our employee relations resources are up to date, including for our Mental Health First Aiders, EAP and wellbeing resources.

Projects & Continuous Improvement

  • Provide administrative support on HR projects such as for HR policy reviews, HRIS improvements, or process changes.
  • Contribute ideas for improving HR systems, letter templates, checklists and workflows.
  • Stay up-to-date on UK employment law, bringing knowledge from webinars and seminars (for example) into our employee relations working practices.

  • Generous referral bonus.

What we expect from you
